Good food – real food (think no barcode). The 80/20 rule. Think 80% quality food and 20% of processed, sometimes food. If all you put in is bad fuel, all you’re going to get is bad function. Real, fabulous food is easy to access, particularly in farming communities like ours.

Moving your body – whatever form this takes, whether it be tai chi or running marathons, gardening or walking to the shop, move yourself. The old adage of move or lose it comes to mind.

Drinking water – you are made of more than 90% H2O. A good rule is 25ml per kg of body weight. Fill a water bottle with your daily intake and drink up!

Thinking well – how you think directly affects your body in many different ways. Be as present and positive as you can be, smile even if you don’t feel like it. Stress less, breathe deeply. Always look on the bright side of life, you’ve only got one and it may as well be bright!
